SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday - Friday are usually shipped the following business day. At times there could be a delay due to product availability or high order volumes. Most orders will be shipped out via UPS with tracking provided. At times USPS will be used for some shipping locations and P.O. boxes. We believe in always providing the freshest coffee possible. Our goal is for you to enjoy our roasts with minimal amount of shelf time. Currently we receive fresh batches bi-weekly and our goal is to have product to customers no later than 30 days after being roasted. Our packaging includes the roast date, which will inform the customer just how fresh our coffee is!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to Coffee being a perishable product we cannot accept returns due to mistaken ordering or personal tastes. However we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience. If there is ever any kind of issue or feedback please contact us at Coffee@CoffeeElectric.net and we will do our best to make things right.
